Account and sync

When you sign in, we store your email, name when provided, account identifier, profiles, chosen avatars, genres, favorites, playlists and progress to sync your devices through Supabase. Playlist URLs, credentials and private headers are protected with server-side encryption; access to other data is limited to the authenticated account.

On the device, passwords and sessions are kept in the Apple Keychain or in encrypted storage using Android Keystore. Optional iCloud sync in the Apple apps syncs profile state without sending playlist credentials to iCloud.

Playback and artwork

Your device connects directly to the provider and artwork URLs in your playlist. These services receive technical connection data, such as IP address and required headers. You must be authorized to access your content. We do not send playlist passwords to ad services.

Advertising

Apple TV and Android TV show no ads. On the mobile apps, iPad and the iOS version for Apple Silicon Macs, the free plan uses a contextual Unity ad every 30 minutes of actual playback. The first 30 minutes are ad-free; pausing and loading do not consume the interval. The counter is protected on the device and is not shown in the interface.

The SDK may process technical device information, IP address, diagnostics and ad interactions for advertising and fraud prevention. We request non-personalized ads and do not request cross-app tracking. The vendor's policy is at https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy. Premium shows no ads.

Subscriptions and free trial

Apple and Google process payments. We store subscription status and receipt identifiers to validate Premium and the limit of four simultaneous streams.

TVs offer 1 cumulative hour of free playback. The balance uses a protected record on the device and server records; the technical device identifier is not the physical MAC address. Pausing and loading do not consume the balance. Clearing history or switching profiles does not reset the trial.

Control and deletion

You can edit profiles, remove playlists and clear history in Settings. To delete your synced account, playlists, profiles and history: Settings → Your account → Delete account. You can also request deletion by emailing felipehauke@gmail.com with the subject “Excluir conta IPTV Brasil” from your account email; we will confirm ownership before deleting. Do not send your password.

Account data is kept while the account exists. Deletion removes data associated with the account; the device's local balance and technical free-trial usage record remain to prevent the trial from restarting. Receipts and data held by Apple, Google and Unity follow their own policies. Deletion does not cancel the subscription: cancel through the store.

Children and support

Kids profiles filter playlist categories but do not guarantee the rating of third-party content. We do not request personal data from children. For questions and requests about access, correction or deletion of data, contact felipehauke@gmail.com.
