Frequently asked questions
How do I import my playlist?
In Playlists, choose add and select M3U (URL or file), Xtream (server, username and password from your provider) or a compatible portal. The app does not provide playlists or content.
I see a provider error. What should I do?
Connection, authentication or offline-channel errors usually come from the playlist provider. Check with them that the playlist is active and the connection limit hasn't been reached. Not every provider and format is compatible.
Why doesn't the program guide (EPG) show?
The EPG depends on your playlist. If the provider offers no guide, or channel identifiers don't match, it isn't shown.
How do I sign in on the TV using my phone?
On the TV, choose sign in with phone. A code appears on screen; on your signed-in phone, confirm the same code. Make sure the code matches before confirming.
Sync didn't update.
Make sure your devices use the same account and are online. Reopen the app to force a refresh.
How do I restore purchases?
In Settings, use Restore purchases with the same App Store or Google Play account used for the subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel in the store: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Deleting your account does not cancel the subscription.
How do ads work on the free plan?
On the mobile apps, iPad and the iOS version on Apple Silicon Macs, there is one ad every 30 minutes of actual playback; the first 30 minutes are ad-free and pausing or loading don't count.
And on TVs?
Apple TV and Android TV show no ads. The free plan offers 1 cumulative hour of playback; after that, Premium is required.
What does Premium include?
Ad-free playback with no duration limit, with up to four simultaneous streams per account.
