Conditions for using American Speed Test.

Measurements
Measurements describe the path between the device and the server at the time of the test. They do not guarantee future performance, contracted speed, connection improvement or continued availability of external services. Tests may use a lot of data; the modes state their content limits. Probes and protocol overhead may use additional data. Network, Wi-Fi, VPN and concurrent traffic affect measurement.
Responsible use
Use the tools only on networks and equipment you own or are authorized to test. An open port means a TCP connection was accepted; it does not prove a vulnerability. Geo IP does not identify a person's exact location. The app does not scan radio signal or nearby Wi-Fi networks.
Subscription
The whole app requires an active subscription. Weekly and yearly plans unlock the same features. The 3-day trial on the weekly plan depends on account eligibility confirmed by Apple. After the trial, the weekly subscription renews and is charged automatically until canceled. The yearly plan is charged in full each year and renews until canceled. Price, currency and period are shown before confirmation. Manage subscriptions at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions . To avoid a charge after the trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Uninstalling or deleting the profile does not cancel payments. Apple processes payments and refund requests.
