Use Complete mode, the same network and destination, pause downloads and backups and repeat under similar conditions. Wi-Fi, VPN, server, traffic and the measurement window affect results.

iOS requires precise location permission while in use to show the connected network name. The app does not request GPS coordinates. Local network access is required for router and Bonjour tools. The camera is used only for the augmented reality map.

A destination may block ICMP while still being available. By itself, this does not prove packet loss or an internet outage.

Open the app and tap Restore, using the App Store account that made the purchase. Sign in with Apple sets up your profile, while the subscription is verified by the App Store. Signing in to a profile does not transfer a subscription bought with another Apple Account.

iPhone Settings > your Apple Account > Subscriptions > American Speed Test. Uninstalling the app or deleting the profile does not cancel billing. To avoid the first charge after the free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple.

Open a result in History, choose Create PDF report and Preview PDF. Automatic language follows the app/iPhone preferred language among supported languages. You can hide identifiers before sharing. The PDF is complete; there is no separate simplified report.
